Three Artifacts in Four Weeks

Every project page shows the full arc — from first research question through working prototype to the final pitch.

Weeks 1–2

Research & PRD

Ten mini-assignments across two weeks build toward a Product Requirements Document — stakeholder maps, user interviews, JTBD analysis, opportunity matrices, and a spec the team actually builds from.

Week 3

Working Prototype

A real, live product built using AI prototyping tools. Not a mockup — a working web app students designed, built, and tested with real users in one week.

Week 4

Investor Pitch

A 12-slide investor-style presentation covering problem framing, market sizing, stakeholder alignment, solution design, and next steps — delivered at Demo Day.
