Launch
In Impact Academy, you built something real. Launch is where you find out if anyone besides you wants it.
Next Cohort: September 2026From Prototype to Real Product.
In Impact Academy, you built something real — a validated problem, a persona, and a working prototype. Launch is the next step: an 8-week program where you take that prototype and make it real for someone besides you.
You'll get your product production-ready, do real outreach to land your first actual user, and use what they tell you to shape a business model grounded in evidence — not assumptions. Every week moves you closer to a live product with a real user, not just a demo.
This isn't more building in a vacuum. It's finding out, with real people, whether what you built actually matters.
The Three Pillars
From working prototype to a real product with a real user.
Ship It
Get your app production-ready — a real domain, a live deployment, and the basic systems so an actual stranger can open it and use it.
Land Your First User
Real outreach, real conversations, real testing with real beta users — designed around your riskiest assumption, to find out if you actually have product-market fit.
Refine Your Business Model
Find the right channels to reach your first users, and shape a monetization or sustainability strategy grounded in what they actually told you — not what you assumed.
What You'll Learn
Production Deployment
Take your prototype from a local build to a live product — a custom domain, real hosting, and the basic systems that let a stranger actually use it.
User Acquisition & Outreach
Cold outreach, interviews, and real conversations designed to find and land your very first user — not a friend or classmate.
Product-Market Fit Testing
Identify your riskiest assumption and design a test around it, so you know — with evidence, not hope — whether you're onto something.
Business Model Design
Translate what your first users tell you into a monetization or sustainability strategy grounded in reality, not guesswork.
Who It's For
Graduates of Impact Academy with a validated problem statement, a persona, and a working prototype.
If you finished Impact Academy with something real on your hands and want to find out whether it actually works for someone else, Launch is the next step.
What You Walk Away With
A Live, Production Product
A real domain, a real deployment — not a prototype sitting on your laptop. Anyone can open it and use it.
A Real First User
Proof that someone besides you wants what you built — found through real outreach, not assumptions.
Evidence, Not Assumptions
Structured testing around your riskiest assumption, so you know where you actually stand on product-market fit.
A Grounded Business Model
A monetization or sustainability strategy shaped by what real users told you — and a clear sense of what's next.
