10-Week Cohort Program

Build

Pick a real problem. Build with AI. Ship to real users. Present on Demo Day. No experience required.

Open Application — No Prerequisites

From Zero to Shipped Product.

In 2026, AI changed what it means to build. You do not need years of coding experience to create real products anymore — you need the right tools, the right guidance, and the drive to solve a real problem.

Build is one program that takes you from zero to shipped product in 10 weeks. You will identify a real problem in your community, design a solution, build it with AI tools, put it in front of real users, and present your results on Demo Day.

No prerequisites. No coding experience. Just the willingness to build something that matters.

10 Weeks. One Shipped Product.

Every week has a clear goal. By the end, you have a real product with real users.

Week 1

Find a Real Problem

Research your community. Talk to real people. Identify a problem that matters — one you can solve with technology. Define your target users and the outcome you want to create.

Week 2

Design the Solution

Map who is affected, sketch the user experience, and define what your product needs to do. Create wireframes and a product spec using AI tools to move fast.

Week 3

Build Your MVP

Use AI-assisted vibe coding to build a working minimum viable product. Describe what you want, refine what it produces. No programming experience needed — AI does the coding.

Week 4

User Testing

Put your product in front of real users. Observe how they use it, collect feedback, and identify what works and what does not. Real data replaces assumptions.

Week 5

Iterate & Improve

Rebuild based on what you learned. Add features users actually need, remove what they do not, and improve the core experience. Ship updates fast.

Week 6

Polish & Scale

Refine the product for a wider audience. Set up analytics, improve performance, and prepare for a real launch. Your product goes from prototype to professional.

Week 7

Growth & Traction

Get your product in front of more users. Learn basic growth strategies, track key metrics, and start building real traction you can point to.

Week 8

Measure Results

Document your results with real data. How many users? What feedback did you get? What changed? Build the evidence that tells the story of what you created.

Week 9

Prep for Demo Day

Craft your Demo Day presentation. Learn to tell the story of what you built, why it matters, and what you learned. Practice your pitch with mentors.

Week 10

Demo Day

Present your product, your process, and your results to a panel of mentors, entrepreneurs, and community leaders. This is your moment — show what you built.
